DAY THREE...LAST POST

Ok so Little Caesar's Pizza is so convenient when you need to grab something quick for dinner for the kids! I went in to buy a cheese pizza only but somehow came out with an order of those cheesy breadsticks too (something about a special...). Couldn't stand it and had to have one. They are pretty good but look, it was all for you guys. I was on my way to a kickboxing class at the Y...trying to learn some new moves to keep you girls happy in the winter. So I guess, really, it's all your fault (at least that's what I am going with)! Finished out the day with Tuscan Style Chicken Soup (got it from Costco-Panera Brand), yogurt, and a banana-about 300 more calories. And of course, more water!

  1. How much water do u think u drink on average in a day...my average is about 100 oz or around 6 water bottles a day.

  2. Wow...that is a ton of water!!! Please make sure you are spreading it out evenly throughout the day. A good rule of thumb for water intake is to take half your weight and drink that amount in ounces. So, if you are 130 pounds, you would want to shoot for 65 ounces of water per day. And again, spread it out throughout the day...don't drown yourself by drinking it all at once (and diluting your electrolytes)!

  3. ok..so that is usually on the days that I work out at bootcamp. Guess I should be more specific. I have 1 water at bootcamp, 2 between 8-12, 2 between 12-5, and usually 1 with dinner. so they are spaced out but that is my main or only fluids for the day besides milk here and there. so give and take i prob. drink around 4-6 16oz. waters a day.
